How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- 14 päivän peruutusoikeus. EU-lainsäädännön mukaan voit peruuttaa tilauksesi 14 päivän kuluessa vastaanottamisesta syytä ilmoittamatta.
- Tuotteen on oltava käyttämätön ja alkuperäispakkauksessaan.
- Returkostnadene (returforsendelsen) betales av kunden, unntatt ved en defekt vare eller en feil fra vår side, som vi dekker.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
